Day of The Dead 6-Course Taco Tasting - RESCHEDULED TO 11.9.12

On November 9th we will be celebrating The Day the Dead at Empellón Cocina with a 6 course tasting menu. We have done tasting menus at Cocina before but this one is very new for us because it will be a progression of tacos rather than typical plated food.

• Matsutake Mushrooms, Surryano Ham, Pasilla Chile

• Santa Barbara Spot Prawns, Salsify, Mojo de Ajo

• Shortrib Pastrami, Pickled Cabbage, Mustard Seed Salsa

• Poached Chicken, Masa Polenta, Black Truffles

• Apple Flan, Cinnamon Cake, Vanilla Ice Cream

$125 per person (seating from 9 PM and later)
